Project Prep

After the design phase, we handle taking care of all the necessary permits and planning. Our team coordinates with local authorities to ensure everything is in order before the work begins. This phase includes obtaining all required permits, finalizing the construction plans, and making sure the project is ready to kick off smoothly.

Site Setup

Before the construction process can begin, we prepare the site. This includes setting up a dumpster, portable toilet, and clearing any necessary land. We’ll also move or disconnect utilities as needed to make sure the site is safe and ready for demolition and construction.

Demolition

Next, we carefully demolish any existing structures that need to be removed. Our team takes all necessary precautions to protect the areas that are not being renovated while clearing the way for the new construction.

Foundation

Framing
