During our in-person consultation, one of our design and construction experts will walk through your home, discuss ideas and identify any potential issues upfront. Part 2: Project Design

Creating a Custom Design Plan

Once we have a clear understanding of your goals we move into the Design Phase where our team turns your vision into a custom design plan. Using detailed floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings we give you a realistic preview of your new space so you can see and approve every detail before construction begins.

We also help with material selection, finishes and fixtures so your new space reflects your personal style and budget. From cabinets and countertops to lighting and flooring we guide you through the decision making process and help you choose high quality materials that enhance both aesthetic and functionality.

We work with you to make adjustments as needed until the final design fits your vision. At the end of this phase you will have a comprehensive design plan, all selections and a construction ready blueprint ready for a seamless build.
